DPS Skis offers a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with all original packaging. We are dedicated to ensuring you have the perfect setup for your backcountry and resort adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused skis or gear in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
